Responsibilities:

• To overall manage and ensure the success achievement of a project, leading virtual teams that involving difference parties, including sales team, product team, network team, legal team, finance team, external partners, and suppliers, etc.
• To understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
• To coordinate and organize internal & external resources to timely solve various kinds of problems.
• Good communication and managing skills towards customers. Good at balancing the customer requirements and company investment.
• Collect and categorized all project documents to build up knowledge database.
• To help overseas region and office to build up its own bid ability with types of training or other approaches.
• To keep track the risks throughout globally delivery, such as: logistic, TAX, labor requirements and so on.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Candidate with PMP is preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ICT, Cloud, Telecom market
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management
• Experience in supporting Chinese enterprises
• Experience in complex or cross-regional project
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
