HAECO ITM Limited is a joint venture between HAECO (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd) and Cathay Pacific, providing inventory technical management services to different airline customers in Hong Kong and around the world. Customers anticipate to benefit saving from the ITM services through synergy of component pooling, sound technical know-how of component engineering, repair and supplier management.

HXITM is now looking for candidates who are interested in this business for the position of Coordinator (Asset Management & Trading).

Scope of Duties: 

• Collect purchase requirements and perform sourcing activities through emails and online platform.
• Evaluate quotations to ensure components sourced/purchased are compliant with the part acceptance requirements of the Company, customers, and Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department
• Evaluate and process purchase requests of scrap replacement, inventory top-up and initial provisioning for customers
• Monitor order status and expedite PO schedule whenever necessary
• Review and clear, in timely manner, the outstanding quarantines of purchase orders
• Obtain relevant pricing information of aircraft parts from OEMs, aircraft manufacturers, distributors and suppliers
• Maintain data integrity by performing system transaction (e,g, input warranty information, perform issuance, etc)
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• A recognized Degree in Business, Engineering or related disciplines
• A strong communication skill, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
• High degree of accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented & self-motivated
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, problem solve and deal with changing priorities
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
