Job Description
One of our clients (a well-known construction contractor) is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Structural Design Engineering or related;
- 8 years experience in mechanical /electrical, plumbing & drainage / public health / Building engineering / Structural engineering;
- Experience in government, commercial, residential, institutional, industrial or infrastructure projects;
- Provide support and manage all aspects of E&M / Structural issues to the project team;
- Coordinate and manage all external project parties to ensure project objectives are met throughout all phases of the project;
- Attend project and site meetings;
- Visit inspect construction site periodically for quality control;
- Member of CIBSE/ IMechE/ IStructE/ HKIE/ RPE is preferred;
- Experience in handling MiC projects is an advantage;
- Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

- Salary package: Open to discuss (depends on skills and experience);
- Working location: Zhaoqing, China;
