Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone calls, data entry, daily filing & typing.
• Perform general office administration duties, including office equipment repair and maintenance, stationery control and couriers handling etc.
• Handle incoming and outgoing fax, mail and approve Invoice.
• Handle construction worker documents.
• Other duties as assigned by the superior.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, well organized, patient and multi-tasking
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel Spreadsheet
• Good command in written Chinese and English
• Immediate available is preferred
