Responsibilities: 

• To create, develop and implement new acoustic simulation and testing systems for the purpose of evaluation, selection and development of higher acoustic performance components and products
• To update and maintain the various acoustical verification measurements to ensure accuracy
• To debug and optimize existing acoustical designs
• To provide technical support to customers and internal cross functional teams
• To arrange product evaluation, prepare reports and technical documents
• By acquiring and learning new acoustic knowledge to improve the competency of engineering team and provide advice to other team member

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Acoustic Engineering, Electronics Engineering or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years related experience in acoustic engineering from sizable manufacturing organization
• Hands on experience in Speaker Driver design for headset and portable speaker products, speech network performance measurement such as TIA-920A, Microsoft Team, Skype,….
• Experience in designing microphone enclosure/ boom microphone, and different kinds of passive/active headset
• With proper design experience around communication products with different microphone configuration for both in-door and out-door application
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in operating Soundcheck (writing test sequences) and B&K equipment
• Good command of spoken and written English. Able to communicate in Mandarin with local PRC engineering team
• Frequent travel to Dongguan plant is required
• Candidate with lesser work experience will be considered as Electroacoustic Engineer.
