Duties:

• Lead and oversee the assigned BMS projects, and efficiently allocate resources to fulfil project targets
• Optimize project performance in terms of operational and commercial performance in compliance with customer requirements and contract terms, and to identify and mitigate associated risk
• Plan, coordinate, direct and monitor the design and execution of building management systems professionally
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, landlords, contractors and vendors
• Collaborate closely with sales, project and maintenance teams to identify opportunities, accomplish project goals and undertake smooth handover
• Conduct and execute manpower plan to support projects on hand and upcoming opportunities; and develop team members as appropriate
• Other duties as appropriate

 Requirements:

• Degree or HD in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related subjects
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BMS / control systems, with 3 years project management experience.
• Possess professional qualification is an advantage
• Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent project management, communication and influential skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Project Engineer
