Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for communication with different vendors on quality, delivery, costs & logistics
• Responsible for communicating and resolving technical / engineering issues between client and vendor
• Responsible for communicating with sales coordination/operations team to ensure timely delivery of information & documents
• Responsible for reporting & forecast of sales to top management
• Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects as and required
• Provide support to sales & shipping department
• Update weekly reports.

 Requirements:-

• Higher diploma holder or above
• Effective communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Ability to work fast, independently & proactively
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office & ERP system is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
