Responsibilities:

• To overall manage the whole process of project bidding, leading virtual bid teams that involving difference parties, including sales team, product team, network team, legal team, finance team, external partners and suppliers, etc.
• To understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
• To manage the bid qualification (go / no go) process for new opportunities.
• To prepare and review both technical and commercial area of the bid, in order to make sure all required information have been included in the response.
• To prepare the proposal and present to the management.
• Collect and categorized all bid documents to build up knowledge database.
• To help overseas region and office to build up its own bid ability with types of training or  other approaches.
• To keep track the risks throughout the overall bid process.
• Arrange all post bid reviews with internal parties, external partners and customers, for the post contract award.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or any related disciplines. 
• Candidate with PMP is preferred
• 5 years of experience in ICT projects, Cloud or Telecom is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in bid management of enterprise solutions and tenders.
• Solid experiences to support Chinese and MNC enterprises
• Hands on experience in bidding government or large enterprise projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
