- Certificate or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- some relevant experience in MVAC / Electrical / Fire Services / Plumbing and Drainage / Maintenance works preferably
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
