Job Description
- Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering
- Membership of relevant professional organization
- Proven track record with at least 8 years'
- Work under the Building Services team based in Hong Kong, to deliver professional consultancy and technical service as required in the fields of building services and mechanical engineering in order to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
- Coordinate and deliver small to medium-sized consulting services projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment.
- Manage the design of Plumbing and Drainage (PD) installations to comply with statutory requirements, ensuring the design in compliance with specification and ordinance requirements.
- Experience in preparing drainage plan and VPLD
- To coach and support team members to deliver service excellence
Requirements
- Proven track record with at least 8 years’ solid work experiences of PD installation design, preferably from consultancy firm
- Membership of relevant professional organization, HKIE, IMechE, CIBSE, IET Hong Kong or equivalent
- Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with project management and/or on-site supervision of large-scale projects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite applications
- Candidate will more experience will be considered as senior position
