Responsibilities:

- Responsible for store renovation and maintenance project for retail stores

- Assist on planning, managing and monitoring the process of development projects

- Coordinate with project team, including vendors and contractors

- Support and assist in ad-hoc as assigned

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Electrical/Civil Engineering/Building Services/Construction Management or related disciplines

- Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences, preferably in retail projects experience

- Knowledgeable in construction drawings

- Solid understanding of materials and construction details

- Preferably with Grade A Registered Electrical Work License

- Occasionally travels to PRC and Macau are required

- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

-Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Officer
