Job title: Facility Engineer

• Manages the maintenance of all facilities such as air conditioners, air compressors and boilers per design performance specification
• Improve the energy efficiency of the company's high power consumption facility in order to decrease the energy consumption
• Lead the facility team to perform regular maintenance activities to the air conditioning, purified water systems, air compressors and boilers
•  Lead the facility technicians to maintain the design specifications of the production area, such as the pressure difference, temperature 
• Manages the supervision and optimization of the all facilities such as air conditioning, purified water, air compressor, in order to meet the GMP requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or above
• At least 8 years’ working experience in the maintenance of plant facility and automatic industrial machinery and at least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical or food industry is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
