Job Description

• Responsible for overall coordination of Audio/Visual, ELV, BMS and Automation projects
• Lead the project team and efficiently allocate resources to fulfil different projects’ target and standard
• Ensure the projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally
• Define project scope and objectives
• Manage system design and prepare submission materials
• Liaise and coordinate with all related parties (including clients, sales team, consultants, partners and contractors) to ensure project delivers smoothly
• Conduct project testing & commissioning and make sure smooth project delivery to client
• Develop project documentation to improve the consistency and efficiency of project delivery
• Handle other designated tasks as required by the Company

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in project management
• Degree or above in Engineering, Building Automation or IT related disciplines with professional qualification preferable
• Strong knowledge in AV/ ELV/ BMS/ Automation and networking solution
• Strong attention to detail, high flexibility, well-organized technique in project planning
• Excellent communication & coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong problem solving & analytical ability
• Customer focused and team orientated
• Ability to work under pressure independently to meet multiple tasks and tight deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
