Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for managing the maintenance activities, focused on meeting company goals and customer experience
• Oversee the day-to-day network activity, ensuring commitments are maintained and tracked for measurable performance indicators
• Instill proper workplace values in the team (e.g., responsibility, honesty, quality, respect, motivation)
• Oversee training of team members. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring proper technical training is identified and administered
• Cultivate teamwork and mentorship, internal and external to the Network Maintenance to encourages solution sharing and knowledge transfer
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

• Higher Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Valid drivers licenses Class 1 & 2 with satisfactory driving record
• Registered Grade A Electrical worker and safety green card are must
• Keen interest in RF and HFC technology
• Work outdoor in all kinds of weather
