Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
- 2-4 years relevant experience as reception or customer service role
- Experience in front desk support, preferably in hotels or aviation industry
- Detail-minded, energetic, customer-focused with cheerful personality
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the daily smooth front desk operation and conference rooms booking
- Responsible for greeting visitors & customers and handling incoming calls
- Provide support on visitors’ registration, overseas and local courier arrangement
- Assist in organizing company events & staff activities and ad hoc tasks as assigned
