Job Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
  • 2-4 years relevant experience as reception or customer service role
  • Experience in front desk support, preferably in hotels or aviation industry
  • Detail-minded, energetic, customer-focused with cheerful personality
  • Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Well-versed in using MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the daily smooth front desk operation and conference rooms booking
  • Responsible for greeting visitors & customers and handling incoming calls
  • Provide support on visitors’ registration, overseas and local courier arrangement
  • Assist in organizing company events & staff activities and ad hoc tasks as assigned
