Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from customers' enquiries in call centre
• Data input for updating system record
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Good communictaions needed with different partners
• No sales and cold call is required
• On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKALE or above, Fresh Graduates will also be considered
• Experience in customer services will be advantage
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
• 5 days work week,willing to work on shift and public holiday
• Location: Meifoo/ Sheung Wan/ Kowloon Bay
