You will:

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Customer Service Department
• Review, streamline and enhance working procedures to meet and improve all service level requirements
• Manage critical service escalation issues
• Lead and develop team members in delivering consistent and quality customer service

 You should have / be:

• University graduate, preferably in hospitality/travel or business discipline
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in hospitality/travel industries
• Experience in multi-GDS and call center/customer relationship management systems an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Excellent written & oral communication skills essential
• Self-motivated, independent, efficient, service-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for another position as 'CS Executive'
