JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Use up-selling to sell and promote the hotel products and services
2. Record and process reservations made by phone / fax / email or OTAs accurately
3. Accomplish other duties as delegated by the Supervisor or Reservations Manager
4. Answer guest’s enquiries; build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, employees and third parties

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related fields
2. Good telephone etiquette and proficient in the use of Opera PMS System is an advantage
3. Attention to detail with problem solving and organizational abilities
4. Work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays
5. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
6. Fresh graduate will also be considered
