Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily front-of-the house operations of the restaurant
  • Handle guest bookings, enquirers and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure customer service are a consistently high standard and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Supervise the team and ensure everyday duties and responsibilities are well performed in accordance with schedule and corporate standard
  • Deliver excellent food and beverage services to our guests in the restaurant
  • Assist direct superior to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant
  • Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Cheerful, presentable, polite, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills
  • Excellent guest interaction skills
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
