Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor day-to-day venue and event related cleaning, disinfection, landscaping and pest control services
• Monitor and supervise the performance of the services partners
• Conduct pre and post event inspections of all rooms, concourses, seating areas and public areas before and after the event
• Plan and communicate with internal counterparts and service partners on upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing
• Attend meetings with organizers and/or inter-department meetings
• Supervise the performance of and provide training to the Senior Venue Services Officer/Venue Services Officer
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports to senior management and provide ideas to enhance service level
• Provide full range of administrative support to the Venue Services Department. Create and maintain all departmental workflows/processes/procedures/manuals are up to date
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in sizable commercial properties or multi-use facility or hotel industry and with 2 years’ supervisory experience is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independence, positive working attitude, and customer-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
