Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the handover and takeover activities of offices & shops with tenants
- Organize the whole process of fitting-out projects with external and internal parties, includes arranging meetings & inspections, liaising follow-up actions, maintaining accurate tenancy records and any other ad hoc works
- Coordinate the fitting-out proposals with various parties and make sure the plan vetting process is in a timely manner
- Monitor the effectiveness and schedule of pre-handover inspections to ensure feedback is followed up
- Maintain excellent relationships with tenants/contractors
- Degree holder in Property Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with the procedure of premise handover and fitting-out
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer-oriented, well-organized and independent working attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, e.g. Outlook, Word etc.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Tenancy Officer
- Working location in Hong Kong Science Park
