Job Description
- Assist Head Roaster and Production Manager in roasting and production according to specifications set by the head roaster
- Conduct Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Maintenance duty on roasting and production equipment
- Manage inventory and stock levels of all ingredients and packaging materials
- Prepare packaging materials, labels and the labelling of boxes
- Ensure all orders are packed and shipped through management of part time staff’s workload and schedule
- Part take in the QC process and conduct cupping according to TRA standards set by the head roaster
- Assist the Head Roaster and Production Manager in improving production quality and efficiency
- Uphold quality and hygiene standards according to TRA’s FSSC 22000 standards throughout the production process
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Good communication skill and a good team player
- Good command of English. Fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Coffee Roaster Assistant
