• Supervise the daily operation of the dietetic assistant
• Supervise all the audits including ISO standard
• Guidel/teach the new dietetic assistant
• Handle patient special request
• Oversee the set-up meal trays for patients, take meal orders, and order nutrition supplements
• Prepare tube feeds and other special items
• Assist dietitain in patient report writing

Requirements:

• Food & Beverage experience is a must
• Degree in Nutrition is preferred
• 3 years related working experience in supervisory role
• Knowledgeable in Windows, Excel and Powerpoint
