Job Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities for company’s revenue grow
• Build up a strong and good relationship with franchisees and business partners
• Oversee and execute the franchise partnership process –review applications, interview candidates, and issue partnership agreements to meet development goals
• Communicate and interact with potential franchisees which convey detailed understanding of operations, demonstrate a strong business acumen
• Expand the new wholesales channels and maintain good relationships with our current wholesales partners
• Maintain a good relationship with shopping mall landlords and property agents for new shop opening projects and tenancies renewals
• Manage leasing related administration work including preparing/reviewing tenancy agreements and related documents, working closely with Finance Department on the rental payment status
• Identify business opportunities and potential event and pop-up stores venues

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant experience and preferable in Catering industry but not is a must
• Good problem-solving skills, able to work independently
• Good sense of responsibility & customer-oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
