Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily operation of the bar
• Prepares beverage and serves the guests at assigned bar outlet and bar counter including cocktails, coffee, tea
• Follows all standards of service including hygiene, safety and service of beverages to guests
• Assist floor team when needed

Requirements:
• Holder of certificate / diploma in hotel & catering management is an advantage
• Preferably 1 years or above working experience in F&B industry
• Know how to make basic cocktails & coffee
• Passionate in F&B industry
• Self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
