Responsibilities:

-  The incumbent will provide warm and friendly assistance and service to valuable guests of the serviced apartments

-  To ensure that guests receive high quality service

-  Assist guests in checking in / out and handling incoming phone calls and enquires

-  Provide concierge service to guests

-  Carry out room inspection for guests

-  Conduct room orientation for guests

-  Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints

-  Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively

- Assist in ad hoc duties as required

 Requirements:

-  Diploma or above, experience in hotel or serviced apartments is an advantage

-  With at least 1 years of guest services experience in serviced apartments or hotels

-  Good communication skills and able to work independently

-  Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

-  Japanese speaking is preferred

-  Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer

-  Immediate available will be preferred

-  Working on shift basis and on public holidays

 Working Location: Causeway Bay
