Requirements

• Degree or Associate Degree, preferably in Hospitality Studies
• 2-6 years relevant working experience in guest services support
• Background from hospitality or airlines will be a great advantage
• Self-motivated, energetic, pleasant personality and good team player
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Fresh graduates in Hotel Management will be considered as Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop comprehensive and quality guest services support
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests and complaints
• Perform check-in & check-out procedures for arrival and departure guests
• Maintain the booking schedules of hotel rooms and database of premium guests
• Assist in providing services to club floor members and ad hoc tasks as assigned
