Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the meeting minutes in translation and interpretation from Japanese to Chinese and vice versa;
- Translate the marketing materials from Japanese to Chinese and vice versa;
- Communicate and negotiate with oversea suppliers in marketing aspect;
- Assist in manage social media platform
- Prepare promotion materials and conduct marketing research and analysis
- Cooperate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, including e-mail and phone calls
- Assist in general marketing duties
- Participate ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing or relevant discipline;
- 2 years working experience in marketing or related fields;
- Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded, flexible and able to working under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Chinese;
- With Japanese N1 level;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
