Responsibilities:

• Review and create food labels including ingredients, nutritional facts, allergens, food additives and nutritional claims to comply with Hong Kong food labelling and relevant regulations
• Provide professional advice upon received compliance-related enquiries or complaints
• Handle all food safety & quality issues in the company
• Assist establishment of SOP, work flow, internal training program, technical support of any food safety & quality issues
• Involvement of any ad hoc project related to food safety & quality

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Food Science/ Food Hygiene & Safety/ Human Nutrition or equivalent
• Knowledge of Hong Kong labelling regulations is a must
• Experience in handling regulatory affair is a plus
• 3 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with quality assurance systems (HACCP/ISO 22000)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
