French style bread / pastry production (baguette, sourdough, ciabatta, croissants, cookies, quiche, lemon tarts, eclairs, cakes, etc) for 14 shops and B2B customers in factory of 7,000 square feet

Baker / Pastry Chef 

Responsibilities:

• French style bread / pastry / desserts production according to company standards
• products packing to fulfill order requirement
• maintain a safe, hygienic and organized working environment

• 1 year experience in bread/ pastry /dessert production (candidates with no experience will also be considered)
• hardworking and with positive attitude
• authorized to work in Hong Kong
• Immediately available is preferred

Day Shift: 0800-1730
Overnight Shift: 2330-0900

*6 days off per 4 weeks

Work location : Ap Lei Chau
