RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Head Chef in daily operation
• Ensure the highest standard of product quality to meet or exceed customers expectations
• Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented

• Experience - Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferably gained in hospitality industry
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
• Passion for food, exceptional work ethic and dedication
• A good team player with strong communication
• Good spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Japanese is highly preferred 
• Experience in working for Japanese Restaurant is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Commis
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working Location: Sheung Wan / Wanchai
