Company Description

Our client is local Food & Beverage investor with multiple coffee, bakery and pastry concept cafe. Due to business expansion, they are looking for the Head Chef for their new Italian restaurant in Hong Kong Island side.

Responsibilities

• Manage and in-charge of the kitchen operation
• Create the food menu and assist in purchasing ingredient
• Maintain the high standard of food quality and presentation
• Train and motivate the team to deliver the most sophisticated dishes to customers
• Perform the food cost control and reduce the food wastage

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in causal fine dining restaurant
• With Italian cuisine cooking experience is a must
• With restaurant pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate the kitchen team
• Be creative, well-organized and self-motivated
• Hands on and be a team player to maintain the team momentum
