Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cash management functions, including foreign exchange, determining cash position, loan administration, and inter-account transfer transactions
• Prepare budgeting, cash flow forecast and perform variance analysis on the cash flow status for management review.
• Assist in month end closing, ensure timely submission of monthly management reports and regular statutory accounts which are prepared in compliance with applicable law, regulation and accounting standards.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Assist in streamlining treasury analysis, reporting, and operational process
• Participate to maintain bank relations, set up & maintain banking facilities, resolve banking service issues
• Work with business units in preparation of cash budget & forecast, and various performance analysis.
• Assist in annual financial statement audit and tax supporting schedules
• Prepare ad-hoc management reports and analysis as assigned by management

 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance and CPA is preferred.
• 5 - 8 years of solid financing experience in sizable companies and at least 1-2 years managerial experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong detailed knowledge of monetary markets, business investment and financing techniques.
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong team player with can-do attitude
• Knowledge of SAP will be a definite advantage;
• Proficient in using MS Office tools
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Occasionally travel to Southern China.
• Immediately available is preferred
