The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is a statutory body established by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2008, responsible for developing the West Kowloon Cultural District.


Title: Assistant Accounting Officer/ Accounts Clerk

Department: Finance

Period: 1 year (Renewable)

Location: West Kowloon Cultural District
 

You will be responsible for:

• supporting the Finance Department operation in accounts payable and providing general accounting support;
• preparing monthly supporting schedules for the financial statements;
• supporting the budget preparation and the update of the forecast;
• supporting the annual audit by preparing various supporting schedules for the audited financial statements; and
• supporting other ad hoc duties as required.

You should:

• possess a certificate diploma or bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines;
• have at least 2 years of working experiences in finance and accounting;
• posses good computer skills in MS Excel and computerised accounting systems;
• hands-on experience on ERP accounting software, Oracle is an advantage; and
• have strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn.
