We're partnering with a fast-growing professional services firm specializing in business valuation, restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting, etc., to seek several high potential restructuring and insolvency professionals to join their growing team. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Engage in compulsory and voluntary liquidations, bankruptcy receiverships, or restructuring projects with a diversified client portfolio 
• Prepare and draft reports to the Court and other deliverables to clients  
  
• Participate in the development of best practices in the firm and coach junior team members 
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and build professional image and network for the firm 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related disciplines, qualified CPA or equivalent 
  
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Manager grade  
  
• Experience in liquidation, insolvency, financial and operational restructuring 
  
• Strong financial analysis and modelling, reporting writing skills is essential 
  
• Good problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset, business sense and commercial acumen Fluent in English is essential
