Job Highlights

• F.5 or above with LCC + , 4 years relevant exp.
• Handle full set of accounting
• Bank Reconciliation , reports, bills, taxation

Job descriptions

• Handle full set of accounting, including reports, such as management report, bank reconciliation, bills and payment ; aging and cash flow forecasts.
• Data entry for accounting aspects and maintain proper records of receipt, payment and billing.
• Follow up receivables collection and handle discrepancy reconciliation with customers.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and simple HR duties.

Job Requirements      

• F.5 or above with LCC or related accounting knowledge and minimum 4 year relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with patience on discrepancy reconciliation
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Chinese word processing and basic computer knowledge
• Familiar with MYOB is an advantage
