Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Oversee full spectrum of office administrative support to the company in a professional manner and ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly
- Monitor all-round office administrative general duties, such as monthly billing and payment, office equipment and furniture procurement and maintenance, stationery ordering, courier, company car license renewal and fixed assets management etc
- Deliver Learning & Development programmes in accordance with company standards and procedures, including company philosophy, guest service and leadership skills
- Handle office renovation and seating plan arrangement and oversee office repair & maintenance works
- Handle contract negotiation and coordination with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the progress
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in business administration/ hospitality management or related discipline will be an advantage.
- At least 8 years' solid office administration experience in a sizable organization with at least 3 years in managerial or supervisory role (Hotel experience is preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills.
- Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player, self-motivation and high attention to detail.
- Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), written and verbal, are important.
