Job Description
Reports to: Flight Crew Services Delivery Supervisor
Department: Flight Operations (FOP)
Purpose of job
The provision and efficient maintenance of all AHK Air Hong Kong aircrew personnel and training records together with any other required documentation. To ensure efficient and effective delivery of Aircrew administration and communication requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Administer the payment of Aircrew Reimbursement of Allowances Payment (RAP) in accordance with Company policy.
- Action and administer all duty travel and hotel accommodation requirements for all Flight Operations (FOP) employees and aircrew.
- Administer the checking and validation of invoices received by AHK Air Hong Kong.
- Administer the purchasing and inventory control of FOP accessories and Aircrew uniform requirements.
- Maintain and update the AHK-FOP website to ensure timely, up to date and accurate information is consistently available to AHK Aircrew.
- Provide assistance for the maintenance of accurate personnel and training records for AHK aircrew.
- Assist with the administrative requirements associated with the recruitment and employment for AHK aircrew.
- Assist to ensure that AHK aircrew comply with the appropriate licencing, employment and visa requirements relating to their flying duties.
- Assist to ensure the dissemination of all administrative and technical information to AHK aircrew.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience in an airline
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Tertiary education
- Good organization and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to take up duties outside the routine work context in support of the changing operating environment
- Excellent customer service mindset and skills, with strong drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoys reaching out to interact and build partnerships
- A self-starter with can-do spirit and open mindedness
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident status
Candidates are required to have completed the third dose of Covid vaccination, except for exemptions being granted in accordance with the Hong Kong Centre of Health Protection guidelines.
