Job Description
Purpose:
The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative and provide support on human resource (HR) related subjects.
Business Impact:
(S)he will be the eyes and ears for the HK office. (S)he is responsible for coordination of administration, various HR tasks and recruitment for office and store personnel. His/her objective is to ensure the company culture and values are maintained.
Interaction:
This person is the main contact for all office staff. This position partners with the Central Head Office (CHO) HR team (located in The Netherlands) and external administrative payroll agent. (S)he will report to the Country Manager.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for all-rounded office administration, such as equipment and consumable purchases, office maintenance, expenses, etc.
- Assist in HR functions, such as monthly payroll calculation, attendance records, insurance, tax return, etc.
- Accountable to implement HR systems and work with international teams in different time zones (Europe).
- Assist in implementing the company’s business expansion plan, as well as new shop set-up.
- Perform system data entry and personnel record filing, prepare employment contract and new joiners’ on-boarding.
- Handle inquiries internally and externally.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Background and experience:
- Energetic, open-minded, fun and spontaneous personality
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in general office admin duties and HR support in sizeable multinational companies
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Well organized, independent, detail-minded, able to work efficiently and effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of Workday or other HR related systems is preferable
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent skills of Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point and Word
