Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To perform reception duties such as greeting boss and guests, handling incoming calls and mails, greeting visitors, dealing with courier matters etc;
  • Admin support and maintain office equipment inventory, pantry sundry item, stationary, office supplies and cleanliness of the office by service provider;
  • Assist on HR recruitment, e.g. attendance, interview arrangement, staff record and prepare monthly reports; and
  • To perform ad hoc assignment/tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in related disciplines;
  • Good interpersonal skills, polite and effective communication skills in both fluently spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion;
  • Independent and responsible;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office; and
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
