Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting full spectrum of HR functions in payroll, MPF, Employer’s Tax Return, etc.
• Maintain and update HR system and filing system accurately and effectively
• Manage staff attendance record and leave application
• Assist the implementation of HR projects
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Form 5 or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Well-versed with the HK employment legislation, MPF Ordinance.
• Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
• Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Hands-on experiences on IPL HRMS
• Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule
• Immediate available is preferred
