Job Description
Our client is a MNC Retailers with strong presence in HK market. To cope with the company's growth, they are looking for HR and Administrative to join the Team.
Duties:
Duties:
- Provide full cycle of recruitment process and explore the external recruitment channels
- Handle all-rounded HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Maintain and update existing HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Supervise a team of office administration staff to provide a full spectrum of daily administrative support
- Prepare various reports for management review
- Plan and organize staff activities and company events
- Handle ad-hoc project's tasks upon request
- High diploma or above in human resources management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-year experience in HR operation, experience in sizable firm or retail industry is highly preferred
- Well-versed in the Hong Kong employment ordinance and other HR-related
- Strong in interpersonal skills and a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
- Short-notice is preferred
