Our client is a MNC Retailers with strong presence in HK market. To cope with the company's growth, they are looking for HR and Administrative to join the Team.

Duties:

• Provide full cycle of recruitment process and explore the external recruitment channels
• Handle all-rounded HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
• Maintain and update existing HR policies, procedures, and regulations
• Supervise a team of office administration staff to provide a full spectrum of daily administrative support
• Prepare various reports for management review
• Plan and organize staff activities and company events
• Handle ad-hoc project's tasks upon request

Requirements

• High diploma or above in human resources management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-year experience in HR operation, experience in sizable firm or retail industry is highly preferred
• Well-versed in the Hong Kong employment ordinance and other HR-related
• Strong in interpersonal skills and a team player
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
• Short-notice is preferred
