Job Requirements

• University graduate in human resources or equivalent
• 4-7 years human resources experience with focus on recruitment
• Experience in sizable organizations would be a great advantage
• Prior experience in working visa application and employee relations
• Well-organized, energetic, people-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Perform human resources functions on recruitment & selections functions
• Responsible for job ads posting, resumes screening, interview to offer logistics
• Provide support on orientation program and onboarding & off-boarding procedures
• Maintain accurate HR database & attendance record and prepare HR reports
• Assist in organizing employee activities, working visa application and ad hoc tasks
