Responsibilities

• Provide daily admin support to Operation Management Team
• Co-ordinate with internal departments and frontline staffs
• Preparation of reports & analysis, agenda & presentation materials, meeting arrangement & minutes
• Handling the submission of FEHD forms and the application/cancellation of public utility
• Assist teams in managing operational task when requested
• Assist in handling ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant experience in F&B/Retails/FMCG
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking, well-organized and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Process good analytical skills and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
