Job description:

• Liaise with clients and retain good customer relationship.
• Collate documents and evidence for visa applications.
• Complete visa forms and documentation for visa applications.
• Communicate with immigration departments and various institutions for clients’ visa applications under the supervision of license consultants; and
• Track visa application progress and provide regular updates to clients till visa final decision.
• Support in-house documentation work.

Job requirements:

• Have proficient English skills, Chinese language and typing skills, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable.
• Well organized, time management, accuracy and efficiency in handling multitasks to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service attitude with excellent and proactive problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in PC/spreadsheet applications.
• Capacity to work independently and under pressure with passion and goal seeking attitude.
