Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order processing duties
• Handle inbound call for placing orders
• Handle customers' enquiries, complaints and follow up orders
• Perform data entry, validation checking, filing, maintain document accuracy
• Provide general clerical support
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above
• At least 2-year relevant experiences in order processing and sales administration
• Good communication skills and eager to learn 
• Good command of PC and MS office knowledge
• Positive with Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure
