Job Description

A.) Administration Clerk (15K - 16K) - Kwun Tong @ 5 Days 

Job Description: 

  • Degree holder in any subjects; 
  • 1 - 2 year Administration support or Clerk working experience; 
  • Perform general clerical duties such as manage the telephone receive and divert incoming calls;
  • Handle administrative duties including procurement of office supplies, data entry, filing... etc;
  • Preparation of monthly report & related documents;
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested;
  • Good concept in Excel , Quick book & Chinese /English word processing; 
  • Immediate or short notice is an advantage; 

B.) Administration Coordinator (17K - 19K) - North Point @ 5.5 Days 

Job Description: 

  • Diploma holder or above in any subjects; 
  • 2 year Customer Service Support or Coordinator working experience; 
  • Perform back office documents support such as Prepare quotations / invoices & delivery notes; 
  • Handle customers enquiries through E-mail / Phone Calls;
  • Follow up sales orders & monitor equipment with services process; 
  • Assist of monthly report & related documents;
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Immediate or short notice is an advantage;
