Job Description

This role would be responsible for supporting the day-to-day recruitment & selection for all our brands in our Hong Kong - Recruit Express, SearchAsia & Recruit Legal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy
• Work with business leaders to identify talents available in the market
• Conduct CVs screening and interviews co-ordination
• Facilitate candidate selection, job offering and new comer on-boarding process
• Regularly engage with sourcing means - social media, job portals, internet sourcing, schools, etc.
• Collaborate with peers and colleagues to drive involvement and engagement
• Work with ad hoc projects in relation to the function covered
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• No prior experience required as training will be provided
• Strong interest in recruiting, sourcing, social media and related initiatives are key
• Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with ability to cope with and drive changes
• Excellent interpersonal skill as well as oral and written communication skills
