• Work closely with Talent Development & Employee Communications Lead, in designing, adapting, and implementing relevant training solutions including e-learning, classroom training and workshops for our markets in Asia
• Carry out hands-on work within any area of the full Talent Development cycle (design, development, delivery, evaluation and follow up)
• Provide training support includes training report generation, handling invoices, manage training calendar and training database
• Responsible to develop and support internal communication and employee engagement events like Townhall meeting, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion activities, Gives Back activities, employee celebrations etc.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's degree holder in HR or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of experience working within training and development role in MNC
• Prior hands on experience on the full L&D cycle (design, development, delivery, evaluation)
• Flexible, dynamic, adaptable to changes and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communicator with skills in writing and public speaking
• Able to work independently and prioritize under deadline pressure
• Possess passion and experience in employee engagement program will be a plus
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, fluent Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
