Job Description
- Assist in general office administration routines and provide clerical support, including checking office expenses and payments; handling business travel applications and claims; updating database and reports and filing.
- Relieve receptionists in greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages and handling meeting room bookings
- Secondary school graduate or above with a pass in English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE
- 2 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies preferred
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Pleasant and polite, self-motivated, organized and detailed-oriented
- Have good common sense, good interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
We offer 5-day work week, 15 days annual leave per year.
